Fishing Northern Ontario
For years I have made an annual fishing trip to the North Bay region of northern
Ontario. I usually fish the lower arm of the French River with excellent results
on large northern pike and small mouth bass. Not only is the fishing great, the
scenery is breath taking!
You can actually spend a couple of days with
out seeing another human. You may have plenty of other company such as beaver,
deer, mink trying to steal catch or an ocassional bear. I usually plan an early
fall trip to avoid the nasty mosquitos and black flies that appear by the
millions earlier in the spring and summer seasons. I'm looking forward to
returning this fall.
